It is important to us here at Malora Beauty that you receive your parcel in a timely fashion, so we offer tracked and traced shipping with Fastway Couriers. Your items are insured, therefore in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing, you can claim up to €400 compensation from Fastway Couriers.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged on arrival please contact Fastway Couriers. Once we have shipped your parcel with Fastway parcel responsibility lies with them.

We offer Free click and collect in the salon. Once your order is ready for collection you will be notified by email and can arrange a time to come to the salon to collect your order. Please bring your email confirmation with you.

Returns Policy

Can I return items I no longer want?

Under the CRD, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’. Your right to cancel begins from the moment you receive the order. You have 14 days to inform you wish to cancel by writing to and then a further 14 days to return the product. are under no legal obligation to offer a refund prior to receiving proof of items being returned or after the “cooling-off period” has expired. If you qualify for any of our free product(s)/sample(s) as part of a promotional offer and have received these as part of your order then they must be included in your return. If you fail to return these free product(s), a full refund will not be authorised.

Any items that are purchased with discount, on a sale or as part of a special offer are final and cannot be refunded.

You will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs if the conditions below are met.

In order to receive a full refund, goods must be-

  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Returned unopened
  • Returned unused
  • Returned undamaged
  • Returned with original invoice/receipt
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying of intention to return
  • Items must be returned by registered post. Without proof of postage, will not be under any legal obligation to offer a refund if the return package is lost or damaged in transit.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

I’m missing items from my order

The customer has 48 hours from the time they receive their order to notify of any missing item(s). cannot accept any liability after this period. cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged or lost for customers who authorise the driver to leave in a safe place.
